• Todd Nelson - Co-Owner

    Prior to launching T&E five years ago, Todd worked in the oilfield, industrial, commercial and chemical industries. He sold and supported instrumentation, control systems, safety systems and other industrial control systems and end devices. He has served in a variety of ownership and leadership roles, including Nelson Cubed, LLC Investment Company and Orange Leaf investment.

    EDUCATION

    He earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Economics from Oklahoma State University and was a member of Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI) while at Oklahoma State University.

    INTERESTS

    Proud supporter of Oklahoma State University sports and the Oklahoma Thunder. Also enjoys spending time with his wife and son as well as being an avid outdoorsman.

  • Eric Bean - Co-Owner

    With more than 11 years of experience in the industry, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business operations of T&E. He has an extensive understanding of all facets of the business and its applications in multiple industries including oil and gas, commercial/industrial electrical applications and wholesale distribution sales. He has a unique way of successfully managing even the most minute details while always focusing on the bigger picture – this attention to detail has been key in the growth and success of T&E thus far. Eric was a member of Edmond Chamber of Commerce, Pipeliners Club of Oklahoma City and was recently recognized on the prestigious “Who’s Who of COOs in America” list.

    EDUCATION
    Eric earned a Bachelor of Science from Southern Nazarene University in Business Administration.

  • Brock Edmonds - Director of Operations

    Brock serves as the Director of Operations for T&E, managing new and existing customer accounts and overseeing the inside sales team. Before joining T&E in July of 2015, Brock managed a multistate franchise, handling all aspects of the business including raising startup capital, determining locations, negotiating leases, overseeing operations and management for over 70 staff members throughout 12 locations in 6 states. He has also served as a certified athletic trainer at the professional and NCAA Division 1 level.

    EDUCATION
    Brock received his Bachelor’s Degree from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. He then went on to earn his Master’s Degree from Baylor University while working as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer with the Big 12 Champion Men’s and Women’s Tennis teams.

  • Kaleb Bates - Tool Repair

    With prior experience in tool sales, repairs, and warehouse management, Kaleb ushers in a new branch of T&E with tool repair. Specializing in Milwaukee power tools and Magna chain hoists, Kaleb offers a trustworthy and meticulous repair service to our customers. Great communication skills and experience lets the customer feel confident in choosing T&E services for all their repair needs. 

    EDUCATION

    Kaleb earned his bachelors in 2020 from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

    INTERESTS
    Kalebs interests include spending time with his friends and family, playing and listening to music, fire arms, and beer tasting.

  • James Greathouse - Warehouse Manager & Sales

    James has had many jobs in the customer service arena, most recently a 5 year stint with ATT, starting with sales and moving to management in that time period. At T&E he works primarily as the Warehouse manager and counter sales.

  • Cam Williams - Testing Manager

    Cam’s journey in this industry started in Puerto Rico, where he spent a year helping with the recovery efforts after hurricane Maria.  He then spent the following 3 years at Higher Power as the tooling manager and testing coordinator.  His passion for testing continued to grow and he was given the opportunity and returned to T&E to oversee the testing lab and the remote testing side of the company. 

    EDUCATION 
    Cam graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety. 

  • Bill Higgins - Dielectric Testing Tech

    Bill started in the electrical field in 2005. Over the last 18 years he has gained knowledge and experience in almost every aspect of the industry ranging from industrial, oilfield, commercial and power line work. He has first hand experience with all of the tools and equipment that we test and inspect at T&E. His main focus now is to keep other lineman and like workers safe and well equipped with the proper tools and equipment for the job.            

    EDUCATION
    Bill attended Northern Oklahoma College and Oklahoma State University where he studied developmental psychology.

  • Andrew Burnett - Dielectric Testing Tech

    Andrews background includes 6+ years of customer service as well as 3 years of road and highway construction, and 1 year of commercial HVAC repairs. After that Andrew received the opportunity to join the team at T&E and currently runs the main testing lab in Oklahoma City. 

    INTERESTS

    Firearms technologies, fishing, and time with family. 

  • Ben Tuley - Remote Die Electric Foreman

    Ben has been a mechanic for 23 years working on a variety of things from small engines to diesel engines and hydraulic machines with aerial devices. In 2021 Ben was at Higher Power Electrical where he was given the opportunity to take over all the die-electric testing of the entire fleet of trucks and all the tools that go on them. Ben has the ability to test buckets, diggers, cranes, flex tracks, and backyard machines. Also with the Phoenix die electric tester he tests blankets, line hoses, hoods, and covers. Ben is also experienced using our ground tester to test jumpers and grounds as well as our stick tester to test any fiberglass hot items including extendo’s, shotguns, handles, link stick, etc…

  • Jacob Bates - Warehouse/Delivery Associate

    With years of Customer Service , Managerial , and  Construction Contractor experience. Jacob is at the frontline of our customer fulfillment operations.  With his most recent experience at Home Depot and Contract work Jacob understands the importance of needing a reliable and accurate warehouse flow to get the customer the right tools and equipment in a timely manner without sacrificing accuracy and quality of service.
